Engagement Ring

.25 Carat Diamond in 14K White Gold Setting Engagement Ring Circa 1930 size 6.5

Wow what a wonderful ring this is! If you are getting engaged and want a top quality vintage ring with lots of fire this ring is for you. A classic solitaire set with 4 corner prongs that make the top of the ring look like a square, the diamond is an old cut of about a quarter carat, it is colorless (H) and SI1 in clarity (at least). It is 3/16 inch in diameter and the diamond stands 1/4 inch off the finger and is 3/16 inch wide. On either side of the center stone is a small accent diamond set up on a platform with a scroll design on the gallery. The condition on this ring is extremely good and it is stamped 14K. In the days before big engagement diamonds, this was the high end of the size spectrum and is respectable even by today’s standard. The band is over 1/32″ thick at it’s thinnest point so there’s decades of wear left in this ring. It could be easily sized if desired. This ring weighs 2 grams

This is a elegant ring and I rarely get to use that word. It would be an amaizing addition to anyones collection however this may be the engagement ring you are looking for. Vintage is always in and somtimes the perfect piece was made for you years ago. That is a lot of the fun of this job, connecting people with amazing pieces through the years.

Best Regards,
